		<description>Jake:  Eileen and I used to sail that light. Now we only have to carry about 2 lbs if we have a light week. 

Upwind:  The thing to do is max the downhaul.  When you are done there let the jib out a bit.  Then rotate the mast forward (more rotation).  Travel the main out a bit.  Remember to foot like a banshee.  

Downwind:  The faster the gybe the better.  You want to make sure you keep boatspeed up so apparent wind does not go too far behind you.
